If something’s wrong, we’ve got you.

Take photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery (this really helps us help you)
EU customers can return unused items within 14 days, but:

Return shipping is paid by the customer

Items must be in original condition

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Because plants are living things, we don’t accept returns on plant items.
That said, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
If your plant arrives in poor condition:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Email jazzyplanty@gmail.com with clear photos/videos
We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
Please note:
- Minor cosmetic damage or slight yellowing is normal during shipping
- These do not qualify for refunds or compensation
We do our absolute best to pack your plants, but shipping can be stressful for them, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
