We pack every order with care and ship everything with UPS.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us via email, at jazzyplanty@gmail.com, so we can talk about adding something to your existent order. To note, shipping price may need to suffer adjustments if what needs to be added influences the size/weight of the original order package.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days after shipping, reach out and we’ll help sort it out.
Plant Shipping
Your plant’s health is our top priority, and we do everything we can to make sure it arrives happy and safe.
That said, weather and plants don't always match.

We don’t recommend ordering in temps above 30°C or below 5°C

Cold protection (heat packs & insulation) is available

Unfortunately, we can’t protect plants from extreme heat
If your plant arrives in bad condition, email us within 24 hours at jazzyplanty@gmail.com with photos/videos.
Just a heads up:
A little yellowing or minor cosmetic damage is totally normal during shipping and doesn’t qualify for refunds.
Plants are non-returnable, but we’ll always do our best to help.
Packaging
We try to keep things as green as our plants. That means reusing packaging materials whenever possible, which is better for the planet, while still offering a good level of protection.
Where Do We Ship
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
We ship to any country inside the EEA (EU Members + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Additionally, we also ship to the UK, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Japan, Montenegro, South Korea, Switzerland and United States; but shipping to these locations may incur in us taking longer to process your order as they require additional documentation. We do not take any responsibility for any Custom fees for countries outside the EU. The buyer bears full responsibility for the payment of those.
IMPORTANT: We can only ship plant orders inside the EU for the time being.

Delivery Issues
Once your package leaves us, it’s in UPS’s hands.
If something goes wrong (damage, loss, delays), you’ll need to open a claim with UPS, but we’re happy to guide you through it.

Returns & Refunds (Non-Plant Items)
We aim to make things right if something goes wrong with an order.
Checking Your Order
All items should be checked as soon as they arrive (within 24h or delivery). If anything looks damaged or incorrect, it’s important to let us know as soon as possible.
If Something Is Wrong
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos or videos showing:
The packaging as received (including shipping label)
Any visible damage to the box or product
The item itself
Timeframes
Within 24 hours of delivery:
Any issues should be reported within this time, along with supporting photos/videos.
Within 3 days of delivery (for UPS claims):
If a shipping damage claim is needed, all evidence must be provided within 3 days so a claim can be submitted with UPS.
Carrier claim window:
UPS allows up to 14 days from delivery for damage claims to be filed. After this period, claims can no longer be accepted.
Important Note
If issues are not reported within the timeframes above, it will not be possible to file a carrier claim or offer a refund/replacement.
Once the carrier claim window has passed, we will no longer be able to offer a resolution related to shipping damage.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries, just let us know within 24 hours.
After that, if the order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled. You can refuse delivery, and we’ll refund the items once they’re back with us (shipping costs not included).
Missed Deliveries
If a package gets returned to us (wrong address, not collected, etc.), we’ll refund you once we receive it, minus shipping costs.
Order Delaying
Not ready to receive your purchase yet? Leave us a note at checkout and we’ll hold your order until your preferred date. For plants the maximum order holding period is 2 weeks (free of charge). If you need us to hold your plants for longer than 2 weeks, please contact us before purchasing, as there will be an extended order holding cost.
