Processing & Delivery
- Shipping Schedule: Plants ship every Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend transit.
Orders placed after Tuesday will ship the next available Monday or Tuesday.
Public Holidays: If a holiday falls on Monday/Tuesday, shipping resumes the next available Monday or Tuesday. - Carrier: UPS with tracking. You’ll receive an email once your order ships.
Standard Shipping: Works well for most EU destinations, even on longer routes.
Express Shipping: Recommended for countries far from Portugal (beyond Germany) to ensure same-week delivery. - Shipping Zone: EU-only for plant orders.
Weather & Protection
- Temperature Restrictions: Do not order if temperatures are above 30°C or below 5°C at your location.
- Cold Protection: Heat packs and insulation are available (add at checkout).
- Heat Disclaimer: We cannot protect plants from extreme heat during transit.
Plant Guarantee & Selection
- Guarantee: Every plant is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy.
- What You’ll Receive: The exact plant pictured in the listing. Exception: If the variant is labeled "Grower’s Choice" (for small seedlings), we’ll select the healthiest available specimen for you.
Damage Policy
- What Counts as Damage: Anything significant enough to slow recovery or growth, such as widespread leaf damage or root issues.
- Minor Shipping Defects: Surface scratches, slight yellowing, or a damaged emerging leaf are normal after transit and do not affect long-term health. Plants typically recover within a few weeks with proper care.
Arrival Condition & Claims
- If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, email us within 24 hours at jazzyplanty@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of:
The plant (unboxed).
The packaging (including shipping label).
Any visible damage.

- Eco-Friendly: We reuse packaging materials where possible to reduce waste, while ensuring your plant arrives safely.
Order Adjustments
- Add to Order? Email us before shipping at jazzyplanty@gmail.com. Shipping costs may adjust if the size/weight changes.
- Hold Your Order: Need to delay? Request at checkout (free for up to 2 weeks). Longer holds may incur a fee, so contact us first.
Delivery Issues
- Reach out if your plant hasn’t arrived within 7 days of shipping.
- Missed Delivery? Refused or returned packages will be refunded minus shipping costs.
